Kenny is the firm’s Managing Partner and is also Head of Defence Insurance Litigation. He joined Johnsons in 1991 as a newly qualified solicitor and has 25 years’ experience in defence litigation with particular expertise in EL/PL personal injury work and product liability claims. He is an active member of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers and a former FOIL regional representative for Northern Ireland.

He is admitted as a solicitor in the jurisdictions of Northern Ireland and England and Wales. He is regularly asked to address professional bodies on topical legal issues, having a working knowledge of practice and procedure in both jurisdictions.
