David is qualified to act in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland jurisdictions. David is experienced in commercial litigation and also heads up Johnsons’ Large Loss team with particular expertise in catastrophic injury claims, product liability, professional indemnity and those involving indemnity disputes. David acts on behalf of a number of major insurance companies in Ireland.

In addition, David is known for his specialism in media and sports law with a particular emphasis on defamation.
