Ken acted for the high profile spin out from the University of Glasgow, Vector Photonics Limited, in its £3m investment from Clean Growth Fund and Foresight Williams. Ken acted for both Equity Gap and Alba business angel syndicates in 27 deals during the year raising over £40m in investment.
