Martin advises on a broad range of commercial contracts with a focus on intellectual property and IT. His clients range from small businesses to global corporate operations. He also advises public sector bodies and academic institutions. Key sectors include technology, retail, sponsorship, healthcare and energy. He has advised on licensing arrangements for software developers, licensing of stem cell technology, a number of business sales and acquisitions, IT and e-commerce, data protection and corporate governance and shareholders’ agreements. In addition Martin advised several leading UK energy companies on a number of commercial agreements and various public sector bodies and local authorities on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
