Kelvin Tan

Kelvin co-heads the Employment practice in Drew & Napier, and leads in contentious employment matters. He handles the whole range of employment matters, including terminations, redundancies, reorganisations, enforcement of restrictive covenants, benefits plans, misconduct investigations, employee fraud, whistleblowing incidents and regulatory issues.
