As a seasoned Serious Injury Practitioner, I have represented victims of road crashes, accidents at work, accidents in public places and aviation disasters for over 20 years. I have particular expertise in representing lower limb amputees and brain injured individuals, ensuring they receive the specialist rehabilitation and support they need.
I represent the Official Solicitor in claims where she acts as Litigation Friend to the Claimant.
I have built a strong general aviation practice, covering both fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters. I have represented individuals who suffered injury whilst acting as pilots under instruction, as well as the families of individuals who suffered fatal injuries arising out of domestic air crashes. I also have experience representing bereaved families in military aircraft crashes.
I am currently representing victims of the Westminster Bridge Terrorist Attack and the Finsbury Park Mosque Attack in claims for damages against the insurers of the vehicles involved.
I am a highly commended lawyer. I am ranked in Chambers and Partners 2019 for Personal Injury, and I recently received a Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of my outstanding service to both CILEx (the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives) and the wider legal community.
