Katrina Spolander

Katrina has a broad range of experience in many aspects of commercial real estate, with a particular focus on advising clients in the retail, telecommunications and care sectors. Her recent experience includes acting for:

•global retailers in connection with the acquisition of a number of retail outlet stores;

•a national telecommunications retailer in relation to its general portfolio management;

•a property investment company on the re-finance and retail letting of restaurants and retail units at a prime asset in Central London;

•the largest electrical buying group in Europe in its acquisition of the 86,000 sq ft warehouse and distribution centre in Preston

Katrina qualified as a solicitor in March 2014 and joined Shoosmiths in October 2014.
