Katie advises in all areas of private family law, with a particular focus on resolving financial matters between UHNW divorcing/divorced couples, unmarried parents and advising on pre/post-nuptial agreements. Many of the cases in which Katie is instructed, involve complex financial assets and/or international elements.

Katie is consistently ranked in The Legal 500 UK and Private Client Global Elite, she was recently recognised in her category at the Citywealth Future Leaders Awards 2024 and is listed as a “Rising Star” in the Spear’s Family Lawyers Index 2025 with a focus on financial matters between divorcing couples.

Career

Katie read Chemistry & Law at Bristol University. She qualified as a solicitor in 2013 and joined Payne Hicks Beach in 2019, she was promoted to Senior Associate in 2019 and Legal Director in 2024.
