Camellia specialises in ultra/high net worth cases and advises on the full gamut of matrimonial finance work including pre-nuptial agreements, Schedule 1 cases (financial provision for the benefit of a child of unmarried parents), jurisdictional disputes and complex financial claims upon divorce.
She also advises on all aspects of private children law including cases with complex and contentious contact arrangements with jurisdictional or harm factors in play and relocation applications.
Her practice covers co-habitation and separation agreements, Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders and her cases often involve an international element and/or complex trust structures.
Career
Camellia trained at Slaughter and May, qualifying in September 2014. She joined Payne Hicks Beach in 2016 and was promoted to senior associate 2018.
