Katie McMenamin is a Partner in the Firm’s Fund Finance Practice. Based in London, she advises borrowers across numerous fund strategies, as well as private credit lenders and a range of capital providers, on some of the most highly structured and complex facilities across the spectrum of fund finance products available in the market. Katie’s multifaceted practice—which includes advising on subscription financings, NAV and hybrid financings, leverage solutions in the secondaries context, GP-support debt facilities, back-leverage and preferred equity products—uniquely positions her to help clients achieve their own complex commercial goals.
