Co-founder of the firm, and co-chair of Banking and Finance and Project practice of the firm. Katerina has 31 years of exposure in a wide range of finance transactions, Μ&Αs and infrastructure projects.

Her expertise includes banking and finance, project finance, privatisation, real estate, corporate and M&A. She has a wealth of experience in concessions and other forms of public-private partnership, notably in the fields of infrastructure and aviation.

She has led teams for numerous project finance and M&A deals and has a strong track record in acting for both lenders and borrowers in financial restructurings.

In addition, she is experienced in representing banks and investors on securitisations, non-performing loan acquisitions and covered bond transactions. Her clients include major banks and financial institutions that are active in the Greek market, foreign investment banks, real estate companies and investment funds.
