Career

Katerina Politopoulou joined Your Legal Partners in June 2008 and became a partner in November 2008. She focuses on banking and finance, project finance, energy, real estate, public-private partnerships (PPPs), privatisations, corporate and M&A. She has headed the Your Legal Partners team on major structured finance transactions and M&A deals, and has also advised on key PPP projects in the field of infrastructure.

She has particular expertise in energy and renewable energy projects. She also advises technology start-ups, and is active in the leisure and hospitality sector.

Representative clients include all major Greek banks, renewable energy project developers and investors, real estate investors and private equity firms.
