Your Legal Partners advises Autohellas on the acquisition of 90% of the share capital of HR Aluguer

Your Legal Partners advised Autohellas on the acquisition of 90% of the share capital of Portuguese company HR Aluguer de Automóveis S.A. (HR Automóveis), the franchisee partner of Hertz International in Portugal. HR Automóveis is active through subsidiaries to Spain, France, Italy and US, whilst the consideration for 100% of the shares amounted to € 39.000.000.

The deal was multijurisdictional, and we drew valuable assistance from the team of the Portuguese member of Ally Law, our international network, as well as from members from France, Italy, Spain and US.
