Kate Milton

Kate is an Associate at Osbornes Law in their Personal Injury Department and has worked within the legal sector for over 25 years. Kate deals exclusively with claims on behalf of the injured party and covers a wide geographic area. She also acts for foreign clients.

Kate specialises in Serious Personal Injury and acts for clients who have suffered life-changing injuries. Kate has a particular interest in serious motorbike accidents and cycling claims. Kate’s specialism includes fatal accidents, amputation cases, multiple injuries, brain injury cases and chronic pain disorders. Kate also has Clinical Negligence experience.

Kate‘s priority is to ensure that she can devote time and attention to each of her clients and provide a personal service. She prides herself on being accessible and personable to ensure the claim process is made as “pain-free” as possible. Kate’s experience makes it clear to her that every injured client has his or her own specific needs and objectives and she strives to work with both the injured party and their family to achieve the best possible outcome.

In her spare time, Kate enjoys walking her dog in the Surrey countryside and spending time with her family.
