Elline is an Associate Solicitor in the Medical Negligence department.
Elline studied Law at the University of Warwick and completed her postgraduate degree in Environmental Law at UCL in 2015. She then completed the LPC at the University of Law in London before working as a paralegal in the clinical negligence department of a specialist litigation firm in London.
Elline joined Osbornes Law in 2019 and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2021 in the Medical Negligence team. Her caseload is varied as she enjoys the depth and breadth that comes with conducting claims across different areas of medicine and care. Nonetheless, since qualifying Elline has found herself developing a niche in extravasation injuries, particularly those caused during iron infusions.
Elline also assists partners in the team in their catastrophic clinical negligence claims, acting for claimants with catastrophic spinal injuries and catastrophic birth injuries. She works closely with Jodi Newton, Head of Birth and Paediatric Negligence.
Elline is an APIL accredited Litigator as of 1 September 2024.
Elline is passionate about providing gold standard care to all her clients and being approachable. She is mindful of the emotional burden clients face when choosing to pursue a clinical negligence claim and is therefore conscious of being sensitive and supportive in the course of litigation.
