Ben is head of catastrophic injuries and a partner at Osbornes, and for many years has been recommended in the leading client directories. He acts for individuals who have sustained injuries of the utmost severity, including all types of neuro-trauma, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, injuries involving cauda equina syndrome, brachial plexus injuries, amputations, fatalities and other injuries including those caused by clinical negligence.
Ben has a special interest in early rehabilitation and adapted accommodation issues, and a reputation for fighting and winning complex claims, including accidents at work, road traffic collisions, and claims against multiple defendants. He regularly contributes to the national media on issues such as workplace safety, and is an assessor for the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers Fatality and Brain Injury Accreditation Schemes.
Admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2002, Ben is an equity partner at Osbornes (& risk management partner) & Head of Catastrophic Injury since 2013. Previous firms include Lyons Davidson, Shoosmiths, Prolegal & Stewarts.
