Károly Fóti

Károly leads the Hungarian Law Banking practice.

His practice focuses on domestic and international banking and finance transactions ranging from corporate finance transactions and derivatives to real estate and project finance as well as workout transactions. He has advised clients in various solar power projects in Hungary. He has also given advice to lenders in a financing involving the storage of natural gas stockpiles and the financing of an offshore drilling group. Károly has a robust track record in advising lenders in national toll road and motorway projects involving the operation of multiple parts of the Hungarian motorway network on a concession basis.
