Karamoko FADIGA is Managing Partner of KF Conseils. Karamoko's practise covers financial markets, banking and finance with a particular focus on securitization transactions. He regularly advises funds, commercial banks, brokerage companies, WAEMU and international companies in their securitization, structured finance, capital markets transactions.

He have advised on many first-of-kind transactions in the WAEMU regional financial market, in particular.

Karamoko is a former Director of the WAEMU Capital Market Authority in charge of supervising all the stakeholders of the regional financial market.

Karamoko has more than 22 years of experience in:

- Securitization operations;

- Regulatory matters in the OHADA zone (capital markets, banking and insurance sector);

- Transactions on the financial markets;

- M&A, etc.
