Career

Kamlla Nagganand began her legal career at her family’s firm, Sundaraswamy, Ramdas & Anand, before co-founding JustLaw and subsequently establishing Aarna Law with Shreyas Jayasimha. As Managing Partner, Kamlla has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s inclusive and forward-thinking culture. She has championed initiatives to support women returning to the legal profession, including flexible work arrangements and the integration of legal technology efforts that enabled a seamless transition to remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic.
