Making partner in her early 30s at a top international law firm, June has performed her tour of duty at some of the biggest names in the industry. Her area of speciality is transactions, where she has cut billion-dollar deals for clients all over the world. Her work has a strong multi-jurisdictional bent, thanks to her considerable experience at international firms including Wikborg Rein, Linklaters, Allen & Overy and Drew & Napier in Singapore, before she joined TSMP.

From complex transactions to general corporate transactions, June taps on her vast transaction experience to provide sound commercial advice to her clients, who value her prompt and insightful responses as well as her ability and determination to get things done.

She is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales, and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2001.
