Career

Juliana is a partner in Compliance and Investigations at Lefosse.

She has extensive experience in domestic and international administrative and court proceedings. Her practice is focused on government investigations and sanctioning procedures, including anticompetitive conduct investigations. She has solid knowledge in internal investigations of detrimental acts to the public administration and structuring of integrity and corporate ethics programs. Juliana is vice-chair of the compliance committee of the International Bar Association – IBA and a member of the board of the Brazil-U.S. 40 and Under White Collar Lawyers.

Juliana holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from USP (Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de São Paulo). She has a master’s degree (M2) from Sciences Po (Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris) and a master’s in Civil Procedure from USP.
