Julian’s career in public prosecution is notable for his rapid progression through the ranks of Treasury Counsel, appointed Junior Treasury Counsel at the Central Criminal Court in 2009, First Junior Treasury Counsel in 2015 and Senior Treasury Counsel in 2017, reflecting his exceptional advocacy skills, sound judgement and expertise in serious crime.
