Julia Boyes

Julia advises on all areas of private client law, with a particular specialism in art and cultural property. Her work covers lifetime capital tax planning, including agricultural assets, landed estates, conditional exemption and heritage property, as well as offshore trusts and restructuring. She regularly advises on the preservation and protection of assets, provides guidance to trustees, and has detailed expertise in trust law, inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and the tax legislation and policy affecting art and cultural property.

Julia has over 20 years’ experience advising some of the UK’s most significant landed estates and entrepreneurial families.
