Judith’s areas of expertise includes all aspects of employee ownership and includes;
- advising on and structuring employee ownership trusts to create employee-owned companies
- establishing share schemes, such as EMIs and CSOPs
- acting for individual participants in share plans, for example on termination of employment
- agreeing share valuation with HMRC for the grant of EMI and CSOPs
- advising on all aspects of EMI reporting to HMRC
Judith has been with Postlethwaite Solicitors since 2007. Prior to that she worked in the field of entertainment law both as a freelancer and at specialist entertainment firms, including Wright, Webb, Syrett.
Qualified as a solicitor in 1990 from Chancery Lane College of Law following an undergraduate degree in Law from Manchester University.
