RECENT WORK
The design and implementation of an ownership succession plan which involved the acquisition by an employee ownership trust of a majority of shares in a landscape architects’ practice. Postlethwaite advised on all the legal and taxation issues and produced the documentation for the transaction. This enabled the founder shareholders to preserve the Company’s independence, transfer ownership to its employees and realise the value of their shareholdings.
