Advises companies developing biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, clean technology and diagnostic products, and investors in such companies, in technology-based commercial transactions, including corporate partnering, joint venture, asset purchase, revenue stream sales, spin-out, licensing, distribution, manufacturing, co-development, profit-sharing and co-promotion deals. She is registered to practice before the U.S. PTO and is a certified licensing professional.
Prior to law school, Judith did cardiovascular research at Genentech Inc.
