Amy Wigmore is a partner and a vice chair of the firm's Litigation/Controversy Department, and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. She joined the firm in 1998. Ms. Wigmore focuses on patent litigation and complex commercial litigation and has represented clients in state and federal courts in several jurisdictions. Ms. Wigmore has extensive experience representing clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries. She has participated in several jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations involving patent infringement and technology license disputes.
