Her strategic insight and trial-readiness make her a trusted advocate for organizations navigating significant legal challenges. Jessica’s career blends expertise, innovation and a results-driven approach to deliver exceptional outcomes for her clients.

Securities Litigation Expertise:

Her trial-readiness is a cornerstone of her practice. Early in her career, Jessica served as a Special Assistant District Attorney, where she first-chaired 15 trials and over a dozen hearings, gaining invaluable courtroom experience. Since then, Jessica’s ability to craft compelling narratives, manage intricate procedural hurdles and collaborate effectively with trial teams has consistently delivered favorable outcomes for her clients in class actions, securities disputes and regulatory enforcement matters.

Commitment to Pro Bono:

Jessica has played a pivotal role in landmark initiatives, including an extraordinary writ petition challenging California’s death penalty under the state’s Equal Protection guarantees.

Jessica has also achieved meaningful outcomes in individual pro bono cases, including securing a rare jury verdict with punitive damages in a First Amendment retaliation case.
