Juan Sebastián has been a lawyer at OVB since its foundation and a partner since 2016. He has a recognized track record in free competition, with experience in contentious and non-contentious proceedings before the Free Competition Defense Court and the Supreme Court, in investigations before the Prosecutor's Office Nacional Económica, in individual and collective litigation for compensation for damages related to free competition and consumer protection, in addition to the implementation of compliance programs in companies and preparation of legal reports.
