Cristián Boetsch

Cristián is a founding partner of OVB. He has vast experience in dispute resolution, civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, and is a prestigious litigator, arbitrator and author of legal opinions.

He represents clients in various matters who are engaged in diverse productive sectors, including forestry, mining, energy, agroindustry, real estate and construction, insurance, finance and the securities market, regulated markets and shareholder disputes.
