Benjamín Morales Palumbo

Benjamín joined OVB in 2016 and became a partner in 2020. His practice has centered on civil and commercial litigation, arbitration and the representation of national and foreign clients before the Superior Courts of Justice.

He has handled cases involving the electricity industry, the real estate sector and insurance and reinsurance disputes. More recently, he has intervened in disputes involving environmental considerations and indigenous legislation.
