Ricardo A Ostrower

Ricardo Ostrower is the Head of the Litigation and Arbitration Department at Marval O’Farrell Mairal since 2017. Ricardo is highly experienced in handling complex arbitration and civil and commercial litigation proceedings for premier corporate clients, including oil & gas sector claims, cross border matters, disputes between shareholders, product liability and class actions. He acts in arbitrations before the main international and domestic institutions such as ICC, ICSID and Arbitral Tribunal of the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange.

A founding member of CARAT, he is a member of the AADP, and of the Club Español de Arbitraje. He is listed as arbitrator of the Ibero-American Arbitration Center and of the Mediation and Commercial Arbitration Center (CEMARC).

Ricardo has written many articles related to his area of specialization. He actively participates in conferences in his field of practice.

Ricardo graduated with honors from the Universidad de Buenos Aires with a Law degree. He received the Argentine Supreme Court award for being the top graduate in 1992.
