Juan Eduardo Troncoso Cruz

Juan Eduardo is a founding partner of our Firm, and heads the Financial, Capital Markets and Alternative Assets area.

As one of the leaders in the area, his practice is mainly focused on the structuring of project financing, particularly real estate, as well as the search for various forms of capital raising, restructuring of liabilities through credit operations in its different modalities, leasing, syndicated loans, investment funds or others.

For more than 20 years, he has advised the most important life insurance companies in the market and other institutional investors on real estate investments. His extensive experience in these matters have positioned him as a relevant legal actor in advising related to new forms of investment, such as alternative assets, which combine real estate, capital and private debt.

Lawyer, with a Law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (1992).

He was solicitor for the Banco the Chile Attorney’s Office.
