He has extensive experience as an advisor to construction and real estate companies, in real estate development projects for homes, office and apartment buildings, shopping centers, mixed developments, and industrial developments. His practice ranges from the initial development of projects, tenders, negotiation and preparation of contracts, claims handling and dispute resolution.

Career

Founder partner of Fontaine & Cía, is one of the leaders of Real Estate Department and leads the Labour area. Started his career at the Chilean Construction Chamber and then as Banco de Chile Attorney. Lawyer, with a Law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (1991).
