Cescon Barrieu’s Antitrust team has been involved in complex merger filing cases, representing our clients in some of the most controversial and difficult cases reviewed by CADE in the recent past.

We also have an active practice representing clients in sensitive cartel investigations and administrative proceedings. Our Antitrust team is also at the forefront of antitrust litigation, including legal proceedings to recover damages caused by cartels. We are involved in over 40 of such legal proceedings, and very well placed in this first wave of strategic disputes that are establishing the precedents in which all the following cases will be decided.
