Career

Josh Webb represents clients in the prosecution and defense of complex commercial litigation, trials, and appeals that involve a variety of business-related disputes. He has litigated and tried cases throughout the state of Florida, and in business and complex case divisions of courts and forums in other jurisdictions including New York, California, and Delaware. Josh devotes a substantial portion of his practice to representing individuals and firms in professional liability matters. Josh is the lead lawyer on many of the firm’s most significant cases for clients, including multiple matters with hundreds of millions of dollars or billions of dollars at stake. Josh also routinely serves as a trusted advocate and advisor in defending and counseling many other law firms throughout the state of Florida, including some of the largest law firms in the world.
