Joshua is a leading financial lawyer in Uganda with 22 years’ experience. He has extensive experience advising on and structuring financial and investment transactions in the Financial Sector in Uganda. His advisory experience has included project finance and other financing structures.

He also has significant experience advising infrastructure sectors, including the Power and the Rail sector and has participated in the development of important pieces of commercial legislation in Uganda including: the Mortgages law, Companies law; the Collateral Securities law, and the Mining law

He has experience in providing financial and infrastructure law advisory, including advisory on development and restructuring of electricity projects, advice on compliance and regulatory issues, and project finance.
