Joshua Moger

Joshua is a family lawyer with expertise in all aspects of divorce, financial remedies and the law relating to children, including international child abduction cases. He also specialises in the law relating to cohabitees as well as pre, mid and post nuptial agreements. He usually acts for high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals, including cases involving an international element or other complexity such as trust structures, offshore assets or dynastic estate planning (UK and abroad).
