Joshua is a family lawyer with expertise in all aspects of divorce, financial remedies and the law relating to children, including international child abduction cases. He also specialises in the law relating to cohabitees as well as pre, mid and post nuptial agreements. Josh is passionate about Family Law. He acts for a very broad range of clients, whether home maker, bread winner, mother or father. His clients or their spouses are entrepreneurs, celebrities, trustees, private equity partners, city professionals, bankers, venture capitalists and those in the art world (amongst many others.) Josh recognises that the individual needs of each and every client are different and their interests are front and centre of everything he does. He usually acts for high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals, including cases involving an international element or other complexity such as trust structures, offshore assets or dynastic estate planning (UK and abroad).
