I am an experienced transactional lawyer specialising in commercial property, leading negotiations on complex projects involving town centres, retail parks, logistics and industrial properties, shopping centres, nursing homes, hotels and other leisure properties, major office developments, petrol stations and mixed user schemes.
I advise on reconstructions, debt-acquisition and other schemes in a variety of structures and have also advised on asset sale and corporate direct and indirect transactions on cross-border European deals.
My clients include US, European and UK property investors and funds and I have developed an intuitive understanding of the needs of family offices in relation to their investment strategy as well as their succession planning.
I also advise a wide range of charities.
