Joshua Htet

Josh advises financial institutions as well as sponsors and borrowers across a wide variety of renewables, energy and infrastructure financing projects. His clients include multilaterals, ECAs, asset manager and their investors and industry-leading sponsors involved in financings across the EMEA region. He has a wealth of experience in acting for both borrowing and lending sides on complex financing transactions.

Josh was recently seconded to Macquarie Asset Management in their private credit division in London to act as a senior in-house legal counsel.

Before moving back to London in 2022, he spent four years advising clients such as International Finance Corporation and Asian Development Bank in many market leading financings in Southeast Asia where he was ranked ‘Associate to Watch’ by Chambers and Partners and ‘Rising Star’ by The Legal 500.
