Josephine is a Partner and the joint head of our housing team, leading our housing litigation sub-team.

An experienced housing lawyer, she handles issues such as anti-social behaviour, injunctions, possession, breaches of tenancy, rent arrears, housing disrepair, leasehold management (including lease interpretation), breaches of leases and service charge collection as well as data protection matters.

Josephine acts for a wide range of clients from private landlords and small housing co-operatives to national registered providers throughout the North West.

She has a strong background in contentious housing matters and previously worked at specialist social housing firm Bremners (where she completed her training contract) before the firm merged with us in 2009.
