Joe is Partner and Head of Real Estate. Joe has an extensive real estate practice and advises a variety of property companies, institutions and investors on the acquisition, disposal and management of their Irish property portfolios. He has negotiated and led many complex and demanding real estate transactions, commercial lease deals and re-structuring arrangements.

Joe also advises on the development and financing of property assets. As Head of the Real Estate Department he provides advisory services to a wide range of clients across the full spectrum of their legal requirements.

Joe has also advised, as client partner or independent expert, in a number of contractual and real estate disputes before the High Court or in arbitration.
