John is a partner specialising in real estate and leads the firms real estate group at Philip Lee.

John advises leading property companies, investors, developers, local authorities, retailers and private individuals on the acquisition, development, management and disposal of commercial property. John has acted in many complex property transactions. He advises on all issues surrounding the acquisition, leasing and development of land and buildings. John also advises receivers and liquidators on insolvency related property issues and lenders and borrowers in real estate financing.
