Practice Areas

Eoghan leads the corporate practice of the firm. Eoghan’s key practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, corporate restructuring and advisory, commercial contracts, and data privacy.

Eoghan has extensive experience advising clients on Irish and international transactions, across a range of sectors and markets, most notably companies in the technology and energy sectors, and owner-managed businesses. Eoghan has considerable experience advising on both the buy-side and sell-side of transactions.

In the energy sector, Eoghan has led some of the largest renewable energy transactions in Ireland in recent years and regularly advises clients through acquisition/sales processes. In technology, Eoghan advises companies and investors on venture capital, growth capital, and private equity. Eoghan works closely with management teams to support their businesses through strategic transactions, growth plans, buy-outs, and exits.

Eoghan advises Irish and international clients on General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance matters and is CIPP/E certified (Certified Information Privacy Professional) (GDPR included).
