Jorge E Tützer

Jorge E. Tützer is partner of the firm. He is specialized in corporate law, advising domestic and foreign clients in matters of corporate, financial and tax law. He has been Involved in highly complex domestic and cross-border deals, including mergers, acquisitions and debt restructuring processes. He is one of the main partners of the Bankruptcy & Restructuring and Corporate and M&A departments of the firm.
