Insolvency/Debt Restructuring:
The firm participated in several of the major local judicial and out of court insolvency and reorganisation proceedings in Argentina and in multiple jurisdictions (many of them over US$500 MM of liabilities). This experienced team of specialised lawyers are qualified to deal with complex and sophisticated situations in companies with financial difficulties. RCTZZ represents clients dealing with companies under financial distress (banks, investment funds, noteholders, secured and unsecured creditors, debtors and lenders, and stockholders, among others).

Intellectual Property:
Widely experienced in providing advisory and litigation services concerning IP issues (copyright, trademarks, domain names, patents, improvements of vegetable crops, negotiating and drafting licenses and implementation agreements). The firm’s expertise in this field includes legal counselling, negotiation and defense of clients’ rights both in court matters (civil and criminal actions) and in out of court proceedings. The firm’s practice also covers Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Peru, and Bolivia.

Litigation & Arbitration:
