Jörg has more than 25 years of experience advising banks and corporates on all legal aspects in the area of financial derivatives, clearing of financial derivatives, repo and securities lending transactions as well as commodity derivatives and commodity trading (in particular energy trading).

Career

Jörg completed his training as a banker in 1987 and then studied law at the Universities of Geneva and Tübingen, where he also later obtained his doctorate. He has been admitted as a Solicitor for England and Wales since 1999.

He joined Linklaters in 2005 and before that spent five years in a German law firm.
