Christoph is a partner in Linklaters' Global Antitrust & Foreign Investment Practice in Düsseldorf, with around 15 years of experience in competition law. He leads complex, multi-jurisdictional merger control proceedings before the European Commission, the German Federal Cartel Office, and competition authorities worldwide. Christoph has particular expertise in foreign investment control, regularly representing clients before the German Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action and advising on foreign investment proceedings globally. His practice also covers cartel investigations, abuse of dominance, competition litigation, and crisis management. He is a member of Linklaters’ German crisis management and compliance group and a board member of Forum Investitionsprüfung (Forum Foreign Investment Control).
