Jonathan Friedland is highly knowledgeable and responsive.
Jonathan Friedland is extraordinarily smart, extremely knowledgeable in our industry and highly responsive. He tailors his approach to the needs of the case and when things get complex, he can get into the details. Nothing gets past him. When we need more of a high-level review, he is able to do that.
Jonathan Friedland is the most valuable outside counsel relationship I have, and I do not say that lightly. His level of sophistication is not limited to one discipline as he has moved between corporate governance, tax mechanics, secured debt structures and contractual dispute strategy as if they are the same conversation. His commercial awareness is exceptional. He does not just understand the law, he understands my business well enough to see around corners I have not reached yet.
Jonathan Friedland does excellent work.
I could not be happier with Jonathan's work for me. He worked hard and diligently and provided me with significantly greater protections.
