Leveraging his position as a trusted legal advisor to provide borrowers and funders with key insights into the evolving landscape of litigation finance, clients rely on Jeremy’s experience to navigate and negotiate complex contractual issues as they seek or provide financing for litigation matters. His commercial litigation funding work centers around guiding clients through transaction structure issues and deal terms, document preparation and negotiation, post-closing compliance, and dispute resolution.

Jeremy also advises on private equity and venture capital matters, venture and angel financing, investor rights and preferences, and strategies for the creation of enterprise value.
